Mason's Quilt

This quilt was made for my nieces son Mason in February 2014.
This quilt was longarm quilted by me at Bit's N Pieces quilt shop in Pelham, NH.
The pattern was double bubble and it was quilted in  Angel green thread.
This is one of my favorite quilts to date.

Karen's Ovarian Cancer Quilt

This is the quilt I made for Owen's mother Karen.
I used ovarian cancer fabrics by Blank Quilting and a "What Cancer CannotDo" panel.
I longarm quilted dragonflies on it at Bit's N Pieces in Pelham, NH.

This is Owen and his mom Karen. It was an awesome feeling getting to give them their quilts and see their faces when they found out about them for the first time at the awards ceremony.

Owen's Basketball T-Shit Quilt

I was approached by my ex-husband's sister about making this quilt for a sick 13 year old.
Owen was undergoing treatment for Leukemia and his basketball team wanted to do something special for him. They got together with the entire Nashua, NH biddy basketball league and decided to retire his #2 jersey for the year for all teams and donated them for a t-shirt quilt. I was lucky enough and got to attend the awards ceremony and got to present Owen with his quilt alongside the coach.
As well as presenting Owen with his quilt I decided to make another quilt for Owen's mother who also was undergoing treatment for Ovarian Cancer at the same time as Owen was undergoing his treatment.
It was very rewarding getting to see them and give them both their quilts.
